Location very easy to walk into city and Northbridge restaurants. Apartment had pretty much everything you need for a 5 night stay.
We were there for 5 nights and found the couch very, very hard.
Only 1 coffee mug in cupboard so we bought one as a gift fir the apartment.

The room was comfortable, mostly quite clean and well equipped. It was nice to have the option to use the pool.
The contactless check in could have been easier. It was not entirely clear how to unlock the front door or the room. It was slightly annoying having to refer to a PDF for the code every time I needed to get into my room (until I had it remembered). The area was a little bit ropey, lots of homeless people congregate outside on the street.

It was very difficult. I arrived at the agreed check in time with no nsttuctions on how to check in. 30 minutes of frantic phone calls later we finally got hold of someone that sent the details
