Location for the arena was great. Washer/dryer was excellent to have.

Lift was not operating and we were not informed. Quite a slog up the stairs with baggage. The spa was empty and again not informed of this, considering how early we had booked and that communication is so easy through booking.com.

Location, price, size and functionality

Great inner-city location and close to arts/culture precinct and food outlets. The accommodation had a comfortable bed, and it has great kitchen and laundry facilities, which was very convenient.

The bathroom had no decent ventilation (i.e. fan) so it filled up very quickly with condensation. And opening the window wasn't very effective, nor did it feel very safe to leave it open for prolonged periods of time. On our stay, we also had some very loud and boisterous neighbours, which is obviously not the fault of the accommodation, but may be something to consider if you are light sleeper. And sorting out parking can be a pain, as you have to organise & pay extra for either secure underground parking or parking in an external private carpark.
