It’s a sweet property with beautiful landscaping. Tilden Park and some amazing viewpoints are very nearby. At first the room was quiet. It’s very small, but cutely decorated and clean. The bed was comfortable.

The first day there, the shower head was broken in a way that made it unusable. So I washed up and went on with my plans. I let them know and they were very responsive. It did mean that they needed to access my room to fix it. They were very respectful and I was able to shower going forward. I asked for some sort of refund and they refunded about 20% of my total. At night, the room was not quiet until midnight. Voices and foot steps can be heard, but not because they were loud. It’s just not well insulated. There is only one window. There is no fridge, so do not bring any refrigerated food, etc. Overall it’s cute and in a great neighborhood, but if you are looking for a place to squirrel away, get extra sleep, and relax, I would stay somewhere else. It was my first time away with no kids to do so in a decade, so it was not a good fit for me.
