The room was very clean, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was good. I also appreciated the fact that there was a parking lot to use, and that ice was provided by staff when asked.

Location was the best for me. Close to the reason I traveled to Berkeley.
I have stayed at this location before. Noisier this time and difficult for me to get to sleep. Was not told about the heater in the room and when told to plug it. Too difficult to get it to work so pulled out the extra blanket.
