Location to train station was best part, staff was friendly and it was mostly very comfortable.
However, there was a cockroach in the room, we discovered in the morning. It crawled up to the table we were about to eat breakfast on.

Close to our fishing destination and restaurants within walking distance.
The fishing boats require you to arrive at 5:30 am, so be very close to The Emeryville marina is a plus. ( only 5-10 minute drive )
No coffee in the room. There is coffee available in the lobby 24/7, but being able to make a cup in the room would be nice.

It was clean and room was fine. Included breakfast was very basic but ok
Tv didn’t work for cbs, nbc, abc. When trying to watch college football I had to watch on my phone. When I asked for help w the tv it was very minimal
