Casa Amedeo - Family home near Termini

Très bel appartement, spacieux, très bien décoré, moderne et très propre. Les 2 salles de bains sont pratiques. La cuisine fonctionnelle et agréable. La machine à café fait de l'excellent café. La clim était vraiment appréciable avec la canicule de la semaine. Tout le confort y est et c'est très agréable de rentrer dans cet appartement après de longues journées se visites. Il est également très bien situé. Entre la gare Termini et le métro A arrêt Vittorio Emanuele. Et pour les plus courageux à 15 minutes à pied du Colisée. Parfait pour visiter ! Enfin, la communication est facile. Le propriétaire répond toujours très rapidement à toutes nos questions. Merci. Nous avons sincèrement beaucoup apprécié ce séjour dans ce magnifique logement.

Il nous a manquéi juste un torchon pour essuyer la vaisselle et un balai, histoire de nettoyer un minimum de temps en temps. Mais l'appartement est nickel !

The apartment was is a great location, close to the bus/train/metro station. It was very clean with great facilities and everything you need for a stay in Rome.

The second bathroom/shower could not be used due to the horrible drain/sewage smell. We couldn’t even open the door, so we had to use one bathroom between 3 people.

We had a great stay at Casa Amedeo. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and in an excellent location just a short walk from Roma Termini and many of Rome's main attractions. Check-in was straightforward, and communication with the host was quick and helpful throughout. The surrounding area is lively and convenient, with plenty of restaurants, shops, and public transport nearby. Overall, great value for money and a good base for exploring Rome. We'd happily stay here again.

Warning to those visiting in hot weather. It is relentless 🫠 However the free city water fountains made a huge difference. And there is plenty of shade available squeezed between beautiful architecture.

Nearby the train station, location is good!
