This apartment is located in a great central location and handy to the train station to see all the main sites. With the extremely hot weather the air conditioning was brilliant. Although first impressions outside the train station with all the graffiti was concerning, we as a family found all surrounding streets quite safe( even very late at night). There is also a convenient little Asian shop outside the door
Nothing really but as I said earlier maybe the graffiti covered walls on the surrounding streets might put sensitive types off

L'appartement de Delfina est spacieux, calme, de bons matelas, une cuisine bien équipée. Il a contribué à réussir notre séjour à Rome, tout comme les conseils de Delfina. Mais le véritable plus est l'emplacement. Prés de tout, et en particulier le ARDECORE cité par le petit futé comme le meilleur restaurant de Rome, à 7mn à pied, des pizzas succulentes....

Great location to be able to get buses and trains literally anywhere in Rome and out of Rome.
I notice some have mentioned the area, it’s not a ‘pretty’ area of Rome, but it’s inner city and extremely good for transport links, with two female young adults with us, we NEVER felt unsafe at any time.

Está muy cerca de la estación de Termini y a unos 20 min andando del Coliseo. La zona no es la mejor de Roma pero para hacer vida en el centro está bien.
Las camas eran bastante incómodas (en una incluso estaba roto el somier). Había un solo baño y para 6 personas puede ser complicado. La casa necesitaría una pequeña reforma o cambio de muebles para ser más acorde al precio que pagamos por ella.
