Good communication and contact. Very comfortable residence. Suited our needs as an excellent base to explore Rome
Bathroom plumbing was a bit aged (toilet flush takes a while!) but facilities were otherwise excellent

Very comfortable, good air conditioning, and there are mirrors in all the bedrooms, which really helps when getting ready.
The bathroom drain really does clog, just like I saw in other reviews before coming here, and it’s a bit of a hassle having to keep turning the shower off so the water doesn't flood the whole bathroom.
