Had a bit of trouble getting access ahead of the official check in time. Had to wait 2 hours on the street with kids. However, Katherine did entertain a late check out the day we left.

Nos gustó prácticamente todo. La ubicación es excelente y el piso es de lo mejor en lo que hemos estado. Todo muy nuevo, limpio, amplio y cómodo. Tiene calefacción y aire acondicionado. Con ascensor para subir si prefieres evitar las escaleras. No había ruidos de vecinos ni de la calle. Pudimos contactar con el alojamiento fácilmente al llegar. Además nos facilitaron mucha información útil sobre restaurantes y tours antes de nuestra llegada. Lo recomendaría sin duda!
Hay que pagar 30€ para entrar en el alojamiento después de las 18h pero la verdad que el alojamiento merece la pena. El piso tiene ascensor aunque no sé si alguien en silla de ruedas cabría porque es estrecho. Igual podrían revisar la presión del agua de las duchas pero nos pudimos duchar sin problema.

It was very spacious, we liked having the 2 bathrooms with the 3 bedrooms for our group of 5. It was clean. We liked that it had a washer. And the location was pretty good. We still had a good walk to most places. But Rome is pretty big so you have to walk everywhere you go.
The beds were very uncomfortable. The showers were very small and the water pressure in one of the bathrooms wasn't really enough to shower in.
