The location was good and convenient. The apartment was clean when we arrived, which we appreciated.

The biggest disappointment was the cleaning policy. We paid a €90 cleaning fee, but when we asked if the towels would be changed during our stay, we were told that we would need to pay an additional €20 for fresh towels. When we asked what the €90 cleaning fee covered, we were told that it was only for cleaning the apartment after our check-out. This was surprising and disappointing. We expected such a high cleaning fee to include at least basic housekeeping or towel replacement during the stay, not only cleaning after departure. The extra charges felt excessive and were not what we expected when booking the property. We were also asked to leave the key outside the apartment during our stay. At first, we assumed this was because housekeeping would need access, but since no cleaning was provided, we did not feel comfortable leaving the key where the host could enter the apartment while we were away. Guests should be able to keep the key with them throughout their stay.
