New and clean apartment well located very close to Roma Termini, very walkable even with suitcases. We had some reservations staying so near the station but the area felt safe and lots of delicious restaurants and bakeries. The apartment was well equipped and modern with excellent air conditioning and plenty of towels/bedding provided. We were travelling with a baby and the provision of a good portacot as well as baby wash, a mat and muslins was appreciated. A shared washer/dryer was also available although we didn't use. Language barrier when handing over the keys wasn't an issue with very prompt communication via the booking.com messaging function. The room was fairly small and not much natural light, however more than met our needs and I would stay again.

I stayed in PCS1 (there are 2 apartments PCS1 & PCS2) on ground level (albeit up 5 steps so windows >2m off ground) in older building slightly set back from road with gated entrance. The apartments have shared small lobby with a cupboard with washer / dryer. PCS1 has a fully stocked kitchen (including excellent coffee machine), comfortable sofa, large double bedroom, bathroom with large shower. The apartment is fully IT eg electronic keys, multiple light settings, integrated AC etc. PSC1 is at rear of building so very quiet It is about 7mins walk from main train station and 20-25mins main tourist attractions in East Side of river (eg forum, trevi foundation). Several small supermarkets a short walk to get breakfast supplies etc

As on ground level no views ( PCS1 windows overlook a small courtyard)

Clean, ac, coffee machine, walking distance to train station
