- The location, very close to the Termini train station.
- Nice, modern decoration and furniture
- Relatively quiet (windows face the inner courtyard)
- The heating in the apartment did not work, after complaining, they fixed it but after 3 days.
- The toilet did not work, the first day it was a terrible sewage smell. They fixed it the next day
- Rather small, bathroom located in the bedroom, with glass walls
- Too many emails/messages exchanged before (it is managed by an agency and there seems to be many people involved, not communicating with each-other)

We like that it is close to the train station. We stayed at the apartment last year, too. It is cute. Good elevator.
It needs touch-up paint from travelers.
