La propreté du logement, ses équipements et sa déco.
Le logement est mal insonorisé. Nous étions en rdc avec des locataires à l'étage, qui étaient très bruyants. Il n'y avait pas de gel douche à disposition, c'est dommage.

L'appartement est idéalement situé entre Europa Park et Rulantica, permettant de s'y rendre à pied. L'appartement est refait à neuf , très joliment décoré et très bien équipé (tout confort). Le stationnement est facile .
L'isolation phonique avec l'appartement situé au-dessus est insuffisante et problématique lorsque les voisins sont bruyants.

Bel appartement. Propre, luxueux. Vraiment bien placé pour europapark. Petit plus, place gratuite de parking au parc. Place de parking.
Les coussins sont horriblement mous. Tout est vraiment bien dans cet appartement sauf les coussins. Impossible de dormir correctement. Les coussins s'enfoncent lorsque vous posez votre tête dessus pour finir avec une épaisseur de 2cm. Vraiment trop trop plat. Dommage que le sommeil fut un peu gâché. Après, je n'ai pas eu le temps de demander s'il y avait moyen d'avoir d'autres coussin n'ayant passé qu'une nuit.
