The communication with the host via chat to solve an issue ssue with the WLAN was slow and not efficient. It would have been better via phone.

Lovely house, great stay, would come again!

It was a really modern beautiful home, with plenty of space to entertain a larger group (8 guests). All facilities and appliances we needed were available. I enjoyed that there were two separate bathrooms with showers (1 bathroom had even 2 showers!), which made getting ready in the morning much easier. I appreciated that some basic kitchen items were available (coffee, tea, salt, pepper, oil, etc.). I regret that we did not leave anything behind ourselves. Contact with the hosts was also very pleasant! They have an automated chatbot, but if you have any additional questions you can contact them directly. The location was absolutely perfect, walking distance to Europa-Park entrance and in the evening just a few minutes from the hotels exits. The neighbourhood was quiet and clean. Supermarket is also a few minutes walking from the house which is very convenient.

We sometimes had a bit of trouble with the lock on the front door. Sometimes we would put in the code, and the door did not want to open. With some effort we still got in the house though. Another thing, even though there were (big) enough beds for 8 adults, be prepared that you will have to share rooms with 3 or more people and sleep in bunk beds. But if you don't mind that, there's no issue. We were with a group of friends, but for a family it will probably be better suited.

Absolutely Great stay for small groups of friends & Family ( 6 till 10 p ) and only a mere 5 min walking distance to

Spacious and modern house, nice big television and loved the babyfootball (kicker) table. Big plus was also the terrace, balcony and swimming pool

The pillows in the beds were a bit too soft inside, in my opinion, but this will probably depend on each person’s preference.

Great family stay

The house was modern and well equiped. The location is very close to Europark, as well as short walking distance to Rulantica and grocery shops. The owners were super nice, giving advice on best food places.

Erg gezellig ingericht! Het is fijn dat de slaapkamers boven zijn. Alles was erg schoon en mooi. Op 5 min rijden van Rulantica.

Je recommande à 100% ce logement, bon rapport qualité/prix

Logement très propre, spacieux, très bien équipé et agréable ! Proche d’Europapark, arrivée facile.

Il faisait un peu froid malgré l’augmentation des radiateurs de façon manuelle à 19-20 degrés ( 16,5 dans la salle de bain lors de notre retour au logement après une journée à Europa-Park alors que nous avions réglé le radiateur sur 20 degrés le matin même ). Les radiateurs semblaient être pré-réglés ou alors gérer à distance.

Nett, freundlich, sauber, großzügig und preislich fair

Wir waren für 2 Nächte im Sohana House. Der Kontakt und die Infos im Vorfeld waren super. Das Appartement war sehr geräumig und großzügig. Tolle Einrichtung. Wir hatten von der Unterkunft aus ca 10-15 Minuten Fußmarsch zum Europa-Park. Das Gesamtpaket war absolut super.

Ein wunderschönes Haus, mit sehr geschmackvoller Einrichtung. Alles sehr stilsicher dekoriert, Ausstattung sehr gut, Kaffeevollautomat hervorragend, Betten komfortabel, kinderfreundlich eingerichtet und alles sauber. Der Pool und der Garten sind super. Fußweg zum Europapark 15min

Ansonsten war alles ausgezeichnet, abgesehen von den oben genannten Punkten.

⸻ Es war schade, dass keine Waschmaschine und kein Bügeleisen vorhanden waren – das ist ein großer Nachteil. Außerdem war das Internet zeitweise etwas langsam.

Sehr schönes Appartement mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet, neu und modern. Sehr bequeme Betten. Viel Platz. Schöner Garten mit Pool inkl. und grossem Trampolin

Es hat keine Kleiderschränke, jedoch Möglichkeiten um Kleider zu versorgen/aufzuhängen. Wir hatten etwas Mühe mit dem Induktionsherd. Tv Programm ging nicht. Biomüll fehlte noch.
