Hace poco yo era exactamente como tú: buscando un apartamento en Rust y con muchas dudas. Si estás en esa situación, de verdad, deja de buscar y reserva este apartamento sin dudarlo. Eso es justo lo que me hubiera gustado que me dijeran a mí cuando estaba leyendo opiniones. ​Para ponértelo fácil, te cuento las cosas que para mi familia y para mí han sido clave: ​Parking: justo en la puerta tienes tu plaza de aparcamiento privada, perfectamente señalizada e incluida en el precio. Es de medida estándar, pero mi coche es muy grande y cupo a la perfección. ​Europa-Park: ¡Ni te lo pienses! Por la mañana vas andando en un paseo de unos 10 o 15 minutos superagradable rodeado de más familias que van andando. Y lo mejor es la vuelta: sales directamente por la Puerta de España del parque y el apartamento está a solo 3 minutos. Está literalmente pegado. ​Rulantica y gestiones: Ingrid nos dejó tarjetas para aparcar gratis en cualquiera de los parkings de los parques (nosotros la usamos para Rulantica, solo pasas el código QR por el lector de la barrera y listo). Además, unos días antes te envía un enlace facilísimo para pagar las tasas turísticas online. ​El descanso: tiene una habitación de matrimonio amplia y un salón enorme donde hay otra cama de matrimonio y dos individuales. En Rust es habitual que el salón sea también dormitorio porque a lo que vas es a disfrutar de los parques, ¡pero es que las camas y las almohadas son comodísimas! Dormimos todos de lujo, con sábanas limpísimas y con un olor a limpio increíble. En el salón hay una TV grande ideal para verla desde la cama. ​La cocina: es abierta y tiene absolutamente de TODO. Cuando digo todo, es todo: horno con su papel, vitro, lavavajillas, tostadora, cafetera, sartenes, tazas grandes y pequeñas... No le falta ni un detalle. La cocina también dispone de una mesa enorme con 6 sillas cómodas. ​Climatización: le tenía miedo al calor, pero tiene aire acondicionado en el salón y en la habitación principal.

Very poor communication & extremely difficult check-in We stayed in this apartment in Rust. The apartment itself was okay, but the communication with the host was extremely disappointing. The host did not send a location link, only wrote the address in text, and every time I asked for the location she kept telling me to “read the message”. Only after several attempts she finally sent the address, again without a link. The check-in process was one of the most difficult experiences I have ever had. We arrived after dark with children and the entire area around the building was completely dark with no lights on, even though check-in is at 17:00. There were no signs, no lighting, and no indication of which building or which key box to use. We spent more than an hour walking around in freezing weather trying to find the key box. The host refused to help and kept repeating “it’s in the Booking details”, which were unclear. She also ignored our calls. A neighbor eventually helped us find the right box. Inside the apartment, the bedroom lighting was very dim and the apartment had an unpleasant smell. I asked the host for an air freshener and she said she didn’t have any and told me to open the windows. Also, the fridge was dirty and clearly not cleaned properly. The host then sent the check-out instructions on WhatsApp 4–5 times in a row, even though I was busy and couldn’t respond immediately. This came across as rude and unprofessional. Overall, I would not stay here again. There are many better apartments in Germany with clearer communication, proper lighting, and more respectful hosts.
