Very poor communication & extremely difficult check-in We stayed in this apartment in Rust. The apartment itself was okay, but the communication with the host was extremely disappointing. The host did not send a location link, only wrote the address in text, and every time I asked for the location she kept telling me to “read the message”. Only after several attempts she finally sent the address, again without a link. The check-in process was one of the most difficult experiences I have ever had. We arrived after dark with children and the entire area around the building was completely dark with no lights on, even though check-in is at 17:00. There were no signs, no lighting, and no indication of which building or which key box to use. We spent more than an hour walking around in freezing weather trying to find the key box. The host refused to help and kept repeating “it’s in the Booking details”, which were unclear. She also ignored our calls. A neighbor eventually helped us find the right box. Inside the apartment, the bedroom lighting was very dim and the apartment had an unpleasant smell. I asked the host for an air freshener and she said she didn’t have any and told me to open the windows. Also, the fridge was dirty and clearly not cleaned properly. The host then sent the check-out instructions on WhatsApp 4–5 times in a row, even though I was busy and couldn’t respond immediately. This came across as rude and unprofessional. Overall, I would not stay here again. There are many better apartments in Germany with clearer communication, proper lighting, and more respectful hosts.

Very nice apartment with outdoor area and close to park

The apartment is large which can give our family plenty of room to stay indoor if we wanted. Everything was in perfect condiiton and working. The guideline to get access to apartment was very detailed and clear. The owner was always very attentive and answered prompt all our questions. Super top that! We forgot some clothes there and she is willing to send us which give you the idea of level of attention.

The pillows could be a bit thicker. It all depends on preference but that would be ours. Walking distance is 15 to 20 minutes if you have young kids better bring an stroller. The park is just accross the street but entrance can be done by there.

Comfy beds, clean linen and apartment spaces as well as 2 washroom options for the family. In close proximity to the parks (Europa and Ruslantica), supermarkets and restaurants. Loved the garden on the ground floor apartment and Netflix access. Drove from Switzerland but originally from Guyana.

Amazing!

Ingrid was absolutely amazing, she went above and beyond for us, there is no laundry service in Rust and she offered to do the laundry by herself, the place is super clean and very big, with fully equipped kitchen and two toilets, Ingrid was very available and responded quickly to every problem or a question we had, thank you very much for everything!

Beautiful apartment, excellent location, fantastic host.

Ingrid the owner was truly amazing. She was there if we needed us and wasn't there when you didn't! The apartment was such an amazing location, with a bus 40 meters away to Rulantica. And only around the corner from Europa Park. The apartment was clean and fresh, uticils were aplenty, oven was great. Basically all you needed was there for self catering. Ingrid couldn't have been more accommodating to us upon an early arrival. She really went out or her way for us. And we are extremely thankful for this.

The apartment is in an excellent location. Two supermarkets within a 5 minute walk. Restaurants galore! 15 minutes walk

We loved the location. And the windows in the apartment that give you a lot of light when it's sunny outside. Furnished apartment, fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning

Unfortunately it was not clean. Everything was just full of dust and dirt. Unfortunately we received really wet body towels. The great luck that we brought towels from home.

Excellent stay

Very good modern property. Fully equipped kitchen, coffee, tea, all kind of cooking species etc., large TVs in slipping and living rooms, quite private covered terasse and a bit of grass garden next to it, just some 200 meters from Spanish entrance to Europa-park. We stayed there during NY eve and the park was just marvelous especially during evenings when all the Christmas lights were on. Very pleasant stay, highly recommend.

Well maintained and attractive property. Great location for Europa Park.

The beds on the listing say 2 sofa beds but this is in fact a set of bunks. The bed broke on the second day (it was fixed very quickly) but after that I was a bit worried I’d break it again as it creaked quite a lot

PARFAIT !!!

Emplacement idéal dans Rust pour aller à Europa Park voire Rulantica. L'appartement est parfait, très propre, très beau. La literie est vraiment confortable. Une petite terrasse, une place de parking réservée, tout est là pour que vous passiez un bon séjour. L'hôte est très agréable et réactive. Je garde cette adresse dans mes favoris, nous reviendrons !!!!

Tolle Unterkunft für eine Woche in Rust.

Sehr bequeme Betten (Kissen waren uns beiden bisschen zu hoch, aber wir haben die Decken geliebt!!!!), ungewöhnlich gut ausgestattete Küche mit durchdachtem Starterpaket (Spültabs, Wischtuch, Spüli und auch Kaffee und Gewürze). Auch, wenn wir es nicht genutzt haben: wie waren sehr positiv überrascht von der Waschmaschine, inkl. Wäschespinne und Bügeleisen.. :-) Die Infomappe war ebenfalls sehr gut und man konnte sich sehr schnell einen Überblick über die Umgebung verschaffen!

Die Couch war sehr unbequem und auch nicht mehr ganz so fest an den Randteilen.. Es ist doch recht hellhörig, man hört das Getrampel von den oberen Etagen. Im Bad wäre ein Schränkchen / Regal toll um nicht alles auf der Mauer abstellen zu müssen.

Die Nähe am europapark und zum bäcker Einkaufs möglichkeiten auch gleich im der Nähe.

Keine klima, wenig Handtücher die Duschen tür ist nicht dicht war wie in einen Backofen heiß aber für Winter urlaub sehr gut.Fernsehwn im wohnzimmer funktioniert nur über internet.

Siamo una famiglia di 5 persone (con tre figli di 14, 13 e 11 anni) e gli spazi erano ideali per le nostre esigenze, con servizi come Netflix o Wi-Fi con ottima ricezione. La proprietaria ha dimostrato grande disponibilità fin dall'inizio dei nostri contatti (anche la sera) e si è rivelata una professionista del settore.

דירה נהדרת, מרווח ונמצאת במיקום מצויין ממש ליד פארק אירופה. הדירה מאוד מאובזרת ולא חסר כלום. היא מרוהטת והכל חדש ונקי. יש אפילו מכונת כביסה שזה מאוד פרקטי, תנור אפיה, כיריים, מיקרוגל, פן, הרבה כלים למטבח. לקחנו דירת 2 חדרים כמשפחה עם שני ילדים , לא היה חסר מקום ונהננו מאוד כולל הילדים. בעלת הדירה איגריד הייתה אדיבה ועדכנה בפרטי פרטים לגבי הכל. קבלנו מענה לכל פנייה. הצ'ק אין היה פשוט מאוד וכך גם הצ'ק אווט. תקחו בחשבון שהמחיר שמופיע בבוקינג לא כולל מיסי תיירות שזה עוד כמה אירו תוספת אבל ככה זה נהוג. הייתה לנו חוויה מאוד מוצלחת ובהחלט נשמח לחזור שוב. שמחים שבסוף החלטנו ללכת על הדירה ולא חדר קטן במלון שלא פעם צפוף למשפחה.

Top locatie voor bezoek aan Europapark maar we misten de hospitality.

Top locatie en we kregen kaartjes voor de parkeerplaatsen van de parken.

Alle communicatie verliep via berichten of A4-tjes in het appartement. Geen host gezien. Helaas was het niet schoon, ook lagen er nog een balletje en plastic verpakkingen van de vorige gasten. We kregen 1 handdoek per persoon, voor drie nachten. Wij vinden dit wat weinig, dus hebben zelf nog handdoeken bij gekocht. Omdat we de hele dag in het park waren was het ok maar gezellig zitten ‘s avonds in de woonkamer met z’n drieën was niet heel handig. Verder wel fijne bedden en in de keuken alles aanwezig wat je nodig hebt.

Le lit. La terrasse et le chauffage au sol

Beaucoup de poussière partout. Four et grille pain et micro onde sale wc salé et plein de tâche au sol dans la salle de bain. Pas de plateau dans le four pour cuisiner alors qu il y avait écrit plateau et papier sulfurisé obligatoire alors que le carton était vide. Tout les pots d épices mis pour le confort des clien et indiqué dans les commentaires était vide alors que notre choix s était porté sur cet appartement plus cher que d autre pour ces petites attentions.les dosettes de café étaient périmés.les lampes en tissus au plafond du salon ou les enfants dormaient il y avait des mouches mortes dedans ma fille l a fait une comédie et ne voulait plus dormir.netflix comme indiqué sur le livret d acceuil ne fonctionnait pas dans le salon.

L’emplacement est génial, le parc et accessible à pied, il y’a un petit commerce à proximité, l’appartement est propre est très bien équipé, l’hôte est très réactive, à noté qu’il y a une place de parking dédié, ce que je trouve très pratique je recommande cet appartement.
