Our hotel is located in a quiet position in the town center of Rust. The popular Europa-Park Rust is only a few walking minutes from the hotel, and other attractions in the region – such as the nature park of Taubergießen – are also very close by.

Had a great few days visiting Europa park, Rulantica and the local area

Good family few days.

The property was extremely clean and in a brilliant location. The owners were very friendly.

It would be useful to have an ice making machine somewhere in the property. The pillows were very thin so could do with some extra pillows in the rooms. Located on the ground floor there is a drain in the road which when vehicles drive over it there is a loud thudding noise which echoes in the room during the evening and early morning.

The apartment was on the ground floor and is clean but I would still choose another place to stay next time. The town of

Location was not bad, ok if you walk but not really convenient compared to the official bus stops of the Europark.

Too much money minded to be considered nice hosts. I asked if my parents could enter the apartment we had booked earlier than 4pm and they agreed for a surcharge of 50 Euro. Note that we knew the apartment was empty because we had arrived early so there was not really a reason for the surcharge. Everything extra has a price, for example extra toilet roll cost 50 cents, there is a coffee machine but if you want a capsule you have to pay for it, and so much more, therefore be careful what you request for. There is a kitchen in the apartment and we just used 2 glasses and 3 cups (no cooking done), but when we left we were asked to clean the glasses and cups ourselves. It is true that it is written that the kitchen has to left clean but I still find it really unusual that guests have to clean glasses after having been charged a proper price and now that I know other guests may have cleaned hastily I would also worry about the hygiene of the kitchen equipment. The sofa bed is not really comfortable. No air conditioning.

Very good

Very easy to walk to Europapark,Rulantica and local shops. Apartment had everything we needed. The manager was helpful.

Beside the road which could be a little noisy but we were not too concerned. We struggled to get the apartment to a nice temperature, it was cold weather but it felt stuffy and warm.

Very nice

The host was very sweet and willing to help. The apartment is big enough for a family with 2 kids. It only has one bathroom and it might become uncomfortable if you stay more days. We only stayed for 2 nights, so we survived 😀. Everything was very clean and modern. Europa Park is at a 5 minutes walk, and Rulantica is also very close. You have a free bus for the water park. Very nice restaurants nearby.

It would have been nice to have air conditioner.

Great for a short family trip

The apartment was spacious, clean and well equipped. The location was perfect - about 10 min walk to Europa Park.

We were in apartment no 4. The walls were very thin - we could hear every noise from outside and above. WiFi was non existent. Not very comfortable beds and pillows.

The room was clean and well maintained, having a second bedroom was a bonus. The amenities, bedding towels etc. were very basic but met the needs for a brief overnight EuropaPark stay.

Clean and comfortable accomodation.

You couldn't leave the room taking the door key with you without turning off the current - this is annoying in case you want to go out separately. Breakfast is not included and costs 8€ per person - this is far too expensive mainly since the offered fixings are missing diversity.

Super für einen kurzen Aufenthalt in Rust

Super Lage, nette Gastgeber, klein aber fein... Wir würden wieder kommen. 👌

Betten haben gequitscht und Matratzen sind schon etwas durch. Für 2 Nächte war es aber ok.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in der Ferienwohnung und würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Die Unterkunft hat eine tolle Lage, zu Fuß ist der Park in unter 10 Minuten zu erreichen. In der Umgebung sind viele Möglichkeiten um etwas zu essen. Auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie ein Bäcker ist in der Nähe. Die Vermieter sind äußerst freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen. ☺️

Die Matratzen waren für unser Empfinden etwas zu hart und die Kissen leider schon etwas klumpig.

Un peu décevant

L'appartement est propre, de plein pied, avec une place de parc. Les chambres sont spacieuses. Il est très bien équipé. Il est bien agencé sauf pour le canapé qui est petit (2 places) alors que l'appartement est prévu pour 5. Nous avons cassé un verre et n'avons pas eu besoin de le rembourser.

Les chambres donnent sur la route et un trottoir. Le bruit des la circulation et des gens de passage est important. On accède directement dans le mini salon/salle à manger, avec la pluie c'est très salissant. Nous avions téléphoné pour demander si une personne supplémentaire (6 en tout) était possible sans le confirmer, vu la configuration de l'appartement nous avons finalement renoncer (5 en tout comme lors de la réservation). Il nous a été demandé 25 euro par jour pour la personne de plus sous prétexte que les lits avaient été fait et qu'un duvet et un coussin supplémentaire avait été mis sur le canapé lit. En insistant il m'a été retourné 20 euro. Attention aussi à l'heure de libération de l'appartement, c'est 10h00 (et pas un instant de plus).
