La proximité immédiate avec Europa Park et l’emplacement idéal dans le centre de Rust permettant d’accéder aux restaurants et aux commerces sans avoir besoin de prendre la voiture. La réactivité de Muro lors de nos échanges.

la gestion du stationnement dans Rust est compliqué, il vaut mieux regarder le site de la mairie avant. Un deuxième ventilo par ces chaleurs serait un plus.

Le confort de la literie, le calme, la proximité avec europapark. Mention très spécial à Muro, avec qui j’ai pu échanger sur WhatsApp tout au long du séjour, qui est une personne très professionnelle et d’une gentillesse inégalable. Ma famille (pour qui j’avais loué) avait oublié un portefeuille, tout de suite il m’a contacté afin de faire le nécessaire pour qu’ils puissent le récupérer. Mille merci pour votre honnêteté ! Nous remercions également le personnels d’entretien pour leur honnêteté et pour l’engagement qu’ils ont pour l’établissement, il est très bien entretenue. Nous viendrons personnellement dans cette établissement prochainement.

The location was great for Europa park.

Lots of things... The bathroom was terrible, broken fittings, the showerhead is at waist height. The shower leaks, plug blocked, no bathmat, mould on grout and window handles. There are exposed electrical wires in the bedrooms. There are no bedside lights. There is one coat hanger in the apartment. The floors were filthy. There were only 3 dinner plates for the apartment which sleeps 5. Only one toilet roll supplied for a family of 4 for a 3 night stay. There was no washing up brush supplied and only a used scourer despite there being no dishwasher. A spare bin bag would have been helpful. Extractor fan in kitchen didn't work. The pans and plates etc were on a shelf above head height, luckily I was there with a tall person! The 'second bedroom' is beds put into the living room, not in itself an issue, but it means you can't sit on the sofa if the kids are in bed, also no bedside lights in there too. The TV was in the bedroom and wasn't connected to an aerial, only the internet which didn't work properly. Mosquito net on the door was completely damaged. There was one fan supplied which was completely inadequate for the two rooms. The apartment was uncomfortably hot when we visited as despite keeping the blinds closed while we were out during the day, the apartment heated up in the night due to poor building insulation. And if you'd arrived by car (we didn't thankfully) you would have had a hefty parking bill to pay on top of the price of the apartment.
