Great Location for Europa Park

Location for Europa Park was great, 5 minutes walk. Apartment was clean and had all essentials, two big bedrooms with double beds and bung beds in both.

No sofa or armchairs in main area, only dining table & chairs. No mirrors in bedrooms so all cramming around bathroom mirror when getting ready to go out. (Teenagers & adults)

On checkin I wasn’t sent the code for the door and had to ring when getting to the apartment and then not answering the phone. But luckily they called back.

High quality apartment in Rust close to parks and local restaurants.

This refers to apartment 1: Apartment was newly decorated, extremely clean and everything of high quality (hurrah sharp kitchen knives!) Beds were extremely comfortable, (though pillows were large square firm and not comfortable if unused to them). Easy parking outside for all cars. Great location for the 2 theme parks in Rust (easy walk to both). Local bakeries and restaurants a short stroll away.

Only provided one key for 6 bed apartment, another is needed. Need to supply a broom and dustpan please. Apartment 1: one small bunkbed room was the old bank “safe room” had no window, desperately needed a fan which we bought. Also it had no door, just bars like a cell so only suitable for a family sharing. Would not have been suitable for adults. Note had a communal kitchen area with table/chairs but no sofa type area.

Seems that the keys from some apartments are the same as the one of our room. While we were inside sleeping in the afternnoon, some people tried to enter TWICE using their keys.

Perfect location for a family of 5 visiting europa park. Was a ten min walk to the park. Restaurants near by. Would stay again!

Excelente opção de estadia.

Acomodação ampla e limpa, com muitas camas e armários. Camas muito confortáveis. Estacionamento no local. Muito próximo ao Europa Park, restaurantes e farmácia, a uma pequena caminhada a pé. Bons mercados a 4 minutos de carro.

Um dos quartos não possuía cortinas. O aquecimento poderia ser um pouquinho mais forte. O apartamento acomoda muitas pessoas, mas só possui um chuveiro para banho. Apesar disso, eu e minha família ficamos bem confortáveis e retornaríamos a esta acomodação.

Bon emplacement et propre mais il y a mieux

L’emplacement idéal proche du Parc. La literie confortable et la propreté.

Une salle de bain minuscule, l’écoulement de la douche qui ne fonctionne pas bien (on baigne dans notre eau de lavage), on entend la rue et les gens au dessus (très mauvaise insonorisation) et surtout rien pour suspendre les serviettes de toilettes (on était 5) et rien pour s’assoir confortablement (juste une table et des bancs en bois).

Zentrale große Wohnung, aber unpraktisch

Sehr große Wohnung mit zwei Schlafzimmern (in einem sogar zwei Doppelbetten) und jeweils einem Smart TV + sehr bequem Betten. Gute Küchenzeile mit großer Auswahl an Tee's und reichlich Kaffee(Pads). + Beide Bäder (eines davon ist eine Toilette) verfügen über Fenster. + Inkludierter Parkplatz + Extrem viel Klopapier 😁

Das dritte Schlafzimmer war in einem ehemaligen Tresorraum ohne Fenster. Nur für Kinder geeignet. Leider wollte darin niemand schlafen, da es auch nur ein Etagenbett gibt. Nicht ein einziger Hacken bzw Handtuchstange in der Wohnung (somit keine Garderobe und Trocknungsmöglichkeiten im Bad). Riesiger Holztisch, aber kein Sessel oder Couch, obwohl dafür noch genügend Platz wäre. Es gibt keine Schränke oder Ablagemöglichkeiten für die Koffer. Nachbarn oben und nebenan hörbar.

Logement idéal pour un weekend à Europa Park

Localisation parfaite pour se rendre à Europa Park à pieds. Surface du logement confortable par rapport au nombre de personnes dans le logement. Parking privé avec beaucoup de places de stationnement. Le nécessaire de base était présent pour la cuisine : tablettes lave vaisselle, liquide vaisselle, éponge, torchon, sel et poivre, huile d'olive, dosettes café, thé, etc.

La chambre des lits superposés n'avait pas de porte. Le concept est original mais dommage car pas mentionné. Une salle de bains pour 8 n'est pas suffisant mais 2 WC appréciable. Manque de patères ou de sèches serviettes. Manque de communication de la part de l'hôte mais nous nous sommes débrouillés.

Gut aber keine Gästekarte erhalten

Es war alles sauber und nahe zum Park. Kaffee und Tee konnte man sich auch machen. Der Check in war problemlos. Es wurde per Mail ein Code für den Schlüsselkasten geschickt.

Der Vermieter weist darauf hin dass man nur parken darf in der Zeit vom Check in bis Check out. Also Anreisetag ab 15 Uhr und Abreisetag bis 11Uhr. Man muss (selbstverständlich) Kurtaxe bezahlen. Eine Gästekarte wurde aber nicht ausgehändigt. Mit dieser ist aber einmaliges Parken auf dem Europa-Park oder Rulantica Parkplatz frei. Das habe ich leider erst hinterher erfahren. Da wir zu dritt waren hätte ich an beiden Tagen umsonst parken können und somit 20 Euro gespart. Leider erfolgte kein entsprechender Hinweis des Vermieters.

Schöner Aufenthalt, sehr gute Ausstattung!

Das Apartment (Nr 6) hatte wirklich alles, was man braucht und sogar noch mehr. Es hatte Kaffeepads für die Senseo-Maschine, ausreichend Geschirr für 4 Personen. Betten waren bequem (etwas knarzig, aber nicht schlimm). Tolle Essecke und ein hübsches Bad. Wir möchten auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

Wir waren tatsächlich von der Sauberkeit nicht so überzeugt. Man traut sich das kaum zu schreiben, bei all den tollen Bewertungen über Sauberkeit. Bei uns war die Dusche nicht gereinigt worden. Es lagen Haare überall, die Duscharmatur war auch voller Seifenflecken. Im Schlafzimmer lagen auf dem Nachttisch noch Augentropfen des Vorgängers. Das empfand ich als geringfügig unangenehm. Und die Senseo-Maschine war echt super dreckig. Wir haben sie erstmal gereinigt. Das ist aber halt auch Meckern auf hohem Niveau. Ich denke, das ist wirklich die Ausnahme dort.

Gute Ferienwohnung.

Super eingerichtet mit allem was man braucht. Sehr sauber. Perfekte Lage zum Europapark, viele Restaurants fußläufig zu erreichen.

Leider sehr hellhörig und man hat die anderen im Haus so stark gehört, dass man jedes Wort verstanden hat. War etwas blöd beim einschlafen. Musste den Fernseher laufen lassen. Parkplatz war auch eher eine Glückssache. Wären wir 2 Minuten später gekommen, hätten wir keine Möglichkeit mehr zum parken gehabt.

Alles super! Jederzeit wieder!

Die Größe des Apartments war genial - sogar noch größer, als wir benötigten. Ich war auf der Suche nach einem Apartment mit drei Schlafzimmern mit Doppelbetten und keinen Stockbetten. Das habe ich im La Rosa gefunden. Die Lage ist auch super - ca. 5 Minuten Fußmarsch zum Eingang des EP. Schlüsselübergabe erfolgt unkompliziert mit Schlüsselbox. Vermieter reagiert extrem schnell auf Nachrichten.

Kleines Manko war Badezimmer und WC zusammen. Das ist für eine größere Gruppe etwas schwieriger zu handhaben. Man muss sich absprechen 😂 aber das war baulich nicht anders möglich.

Séjour très agréable et nous gardons volontiers l’adresse!

L’appartement était bien agencé et propre. Les lits étaient confortables. L’emplacement est idéal, près d’Europapark à pied et plusieurs restaurants variés à proximité.

Douche bouchée. Un peu froid. Le radiateur mis à disposition a été apprécié. Peu de rangement pour les denrées alimentaires si l’on veut cuisiner sur place.

Bien pour une nuit et proche de tout

Le logement est très spacieux et il était propre et très proche du parc.

Le logement est surchauffé et nous n'avons pas très bien dormi car trop chaud et les bruits de la route qui est juste à côté.
