We had a great stay. It was plenty of room for our family of 3.

We loved how close to Europa Park and Rulantica it was. It was also very quiet and comfortable. I liked the kitchen table and chairs. The shower was big and the water was hot. The beds were also very comfortable for European beds.

We needed more coffee for a 3 day stay. The couch was very small. It was confusing on how to enter the property. We went up the outside stairs and tried to get in that way. We saw another group try to do the same thing on day 2 of our stay.

OK location - point for improvement

The apartments are modern and spotless, with a perfect location and convenient parking on-site. We really appreciated having a small kitchen, which made the stay even more comfortable. The self check-in and check-out process was quick and effortless

There are a few areas where the experience could be improved: Communication – We requested to shorten our stay (four days in advance), which wasn’t possible. That’s understandable, but when we asked if it would be possible to check in later than 9 pm, there was no flexibility offered. I also pointed out that the website mentions self-check-in, so it was unclear why a later arrival wouldn’t work. After this, there was no further response. In the end, check-in time didn’t seem to matter, as the keys were simply collected from a key box. Pillows – The pillows provided are extremely thin and feel more like folded blankets. If you’re used to sleeping with a standard pillow, I’d recommend bringing your own for comfort. Air ventilation system – The ventilation runs continuously through the night, which may be necessary, but the noise level is comparable to being on an airplane. We couldn’t find a way to turn it off or reduce the sound. All of these points are relatively easy to address, and if they don’t bother you, the accommodation offers good value for money.

Die Unterkunft selber war sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet. Die Ausstattung ist toll!

Das die Putzfrau um 09:30 schon reingeplatzt ist ohne zu klopfen! Sonst war alles tip top.

Ausstattung Top und sehr modern eingerichtet! Lage Super! Alles sauber und ordentlich! WLAN und Fernseher auch sehr angenehm! Kleine kostenlose Annehmlichkeiten, wie Tee, Kaffee und Milch waren auch super lieb :D

Licht könnte einen kleinen Ticken heller sein und ein kleines Schneidebrett für die Küche wäre super.

Apartamento excelente!

El apartamento es muy cómodo, completo y nuevo y con todo lo necesario para pasar una agradable estancia. Dormimos los 4 en la misma habitación, gracias a una cama doble enorme y una litera. Pasamos solo una noche para poder ir a Europa Park que está muy cerca. Nos gustó el detalle de que había café, azúcar, aceite y cosas básicas.

Las almohadas eran algo incómodas, por decir algo. Por otra parte, la comunicación fue algo confusa porque me decían que el check in debía ser antes de las 9.30. Pregunté varias veces qué pasaba si llegábamos más tarde y nadie me contestó. El acceso se hace a través de un código en una caja de llaves por lo que no entendí la exigencia en hora de llegada…

Très bien dans l’ensemble

Tout le confort possible , ustensiles, équipements, bonne température en ces temps hivernaux, les petites attentions ( thé café lait eau gel douche) Lit très confortable !!

La télé inaccessible sur les chaînes françaises et surtout … le personnel qui frappe légèrement et ouvre la porte avec son passe avant l’heure de départ (9h45)… très gênant sur quand est en slip sur le lit …

Appartement moderne,très bien équipé, lumineux, spacieux, très bien situé, 10mn à pieds d'Europapark, boulangerie à proximité.

Chaînes télé indisponible, nous n'avons pu regarder que YouTube. Oreillers en plumes, avec une personne allergique, nous avons roulé une couette pour faire des Oreillers.

Sauber, zentralgelegenes Apartment.

Sehr schöne und gut ausgestattete Wohnung. In der Küche ist alles Wichtige vorhanden. Wir haben auch ein kostenloses Parkticket für das Auto erhalten, da man bei der Unterkunft nur während des Aufenthalts parken kann.
