Perfect Europa Park apartment

Excellent location, 2 minutes walk from Europa Park entrances. Spotlessly clean. Quiet neighbourhood. Close to several nice restaurants. Owner provided clear, simple and frequent instructions for check in, parking, and more. Works really well for family of 4 visiting Europa.

Great stay close to europa park

The restaurants are down on street, europa park is a nice walk of 5 min right after corner and also rulantica straight way walk of 10 min no longer . The house smell good heating worked good beds are comfortable the couch is so nice to sit .Balcony is faced to street very nice looking, floor 1 . Thank u for coffee pads, i died for a coffee and was all closed on time we arrive , u can find tea coffee, we find also shampoo , Was great stay we will come back

the check out is to early 9 am 🤣🤣 but was ok

Séjour de 3 nuits, que l'on va reconduire car rien à redire :-)

L'appartement très confortable, bien équipé et décoré (on s'y sent rapidement à l'aise), ainsi que sa localisation proche des parcs d'attractions et de lieux de restauration, tout en étant toutefois au calme dans une rue peu passante. Le propriétaire est très réactif et sécurisant : merci à lui :-)

Le stationnement privatif, en payer en plus ... il est toutefois possible de se garer à proximité gratuitement (mais c'est plus anxiogène pour trouver une place).

Bon rapport qualité prix à coté d'Europapark

Un emplacement idéal, à 5min à pieds d'europapark. L'appartement est grand et très joli. Facilité d'accès avec code, ce qui permet d'arriver quand on veut. Un très bon rapport qualité prix !

Même si le quartier est calme, on attend un peu les voisins. Il suffit que ces voisins soient bruyants et ca devient très dérangeant

Ganz schwaches Preis-Leistungsverhältnis

Innerhalb von 5 Minuten am Haupteingang vom Europapark.

Das Haus und speziell der Eingang sehr ausladend ! Der Paektplatz muss trotz des hohen Preises für das Apartment nochmals extra bezahlt werden, was auch nicht explizit im Vorfeld angegeben wird. Auf dem Balkon kann man leider am Abend kaum sitzen, da der Geruch der Friteuse vom Gasthof zum Ochsen sehr unangenehm ist. Das Haus ist sehr hellhörig und da die Apartment Türen schwer zu schließen zusätzlich starke Lautstärke. Leider passt bei diesem Apartment das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis überhaupt nicht.

Prix en otage pour les places de parking, 45 euros une journée, c'est très cher. La télévision est présente mais pas raccordée. Je n'ai pas trouvé la climatisation.

Spazioso, pulito e con tutto ciò che serve!

Appartamento pulito e spazioso! All'arrivo, l'ambiente non era riscaldato, ma accendendo i termosifoni è diventato caldo in un attimo! Ottima posizione, presenti tutti gli accessori (asciugamani, macchinetta caffè, lenzuola e coperte) e comodissimo il check-in (con codice segreto, così siam potuti arrivare tardi senza che nessuno dovesse aspettarci); Siamo stati molto soddisfatti! Consigliatissimo!
