The only thing is that : House keeping shall be available everyday specially for a family with small kids , even if its with charge ; its fine .

Clean, spacious, and well-located, with room for small improvements.
We really enjoyed our stay at Be Grand Apartments Rust. The apartment was very clean and felt fresh upon arrival, with enough space for our family of four to feel comfortable without feeling cramped. The kitchenette and dining table made it easy to prepare and enjoy meals together, which is especially helpful when traveling with kids. Even though the building is still being finalized, there were no construction noises at all, which made for a peaceful stay. The location was excellent; just a short walk or drive to Europa-Park and close to shops and restaurants. The balcony looked inviting for a morning coffee, although we didn’t use it this time. Parking was also a big plus; we could always find a spot without any trouble, which made coming and going stress-free. Overall, it felt like a very convenient and family-friendly place to stay.
While our overall experience was positive, there were a few areas that could be improved. The recycling rules were a bit unclear for guests coming from other countries; it would help to have the same number and types of recycling bins inside the apartment as outside, each with clear labels or visual guides to show what goes where. The TV system was frustrating, with too many blank channels, slow channel changes, and streaming services that didn’t work. Our bathroom unfortunately didn’t have any shelf space under the mirror, unlike other units we saw in photos, which made it difficult to keep toiletries organized and easy to reach. The shower itself was pleasant, but the door design caused water to spill onto the floor when opened, and it wasn’t possible to place a towel there to catch it. The check-in process, while friendly, felt a little inconvenient since it required calling and waiting for someone to arrive; the planned door code system will be a welcome improvement. Daily towel changes would also make the stay more comfortable, especially for longer visits. None of these issues ruined the stay, but they are small things that could make the experience even better.

Stylish, modern apartments in a perfect location for the parks.
High end fittings and fixtures, everything seemed brand new. Spotless. Well equipped kitchenette. Excellent location, perfect for both Europa Park and Rulantica. Excellent level of service - we were delayed and didn’t arrive until 1am. Staff kept in contact by phone and kindly met us to check us in.
The mattresses in the bedroom are very firm - uncomfortable for a side sleeper.
