The apartment was perfect for my stay. The facilities were great,TV, oven, hob, mic', fridge/freezer, shower and especially the washing machine. It is a 10 minute stroll downhill into a nice town centre..
I was was told apartment is on Little Horton Lane, it is accessed on Trinity Road, confusing. I was given incorrect entry instructions despite contacting them it took over an hour before they told me to rotate a smart lock 720 degrees to open door. They provided an incorrect wifi password; needed to watch anything on the TV. Despite contacting them on multiple occasions they insisted I was inputting the password wrongly. On my second day I bumped into another resident and asked him what the password was. Thankfully he told me they password needed a lower case y not Y. Hey presto the TV came on. This incompetence detracted from an otherwise great stay. Oh, the shower room, the permanently red hot radiator is less than 450mm 'behind' the sink and an incredibly low mirror. So, as I squatted to look in the mirror (I'm 6' tall, mirror okay for someone 5' tall) I would 'burn' my backside. That's an easy fix, higher the mirror.Finally, on straightening the duvet I noticed the cover was torn on both sides. The cleaners should not have fitted this and reportrd it, so I did not have to report it.
