Tokyo da bu fiyata kalabileceğiniz en geniş evlerden birisi, ev yepyeni ve harika bir düzeni var (2 katın tamamı size ait yani tüm bir apartmana sahip gibisiniz) ayrıca ev sahibi her soruyu mükemmel bir şekilde eksiksiz yanıtladı. Kesinlikle öneririm.

•事前の問い合わせや当日連絡に対するスタッフさんの返信が早く安心できました。
•東急線の武蔵小山駅までも徒歩12分で、かつJR目黒駅行のバス停までも徒歩10分で、私たちにとってはとにかく立地が最高でした。宿の周りには数分以内にｺﾝﾋﾞﾆ、八百屋、スーパー、ﾄﾞﾗｯｸﾞｽﾄｱ、郵便局、カフェやﾃｲｸｱｳﾄ可のﾚｽﾄﾗﾝがあり、生活に必要な物がすぐに揃う環境でした。また武蔵小山駅の商店街には様々な店（100円SHOP、靴屋、魚屋、茶屋、呉服店など）があり、食事を買うだけでなくぶらぶら散策するのも楽しいエリアでした。
•室内は冷蔵庫に電子レンジ、洗濯機があるだけでなく、付随する洗剤やスポンジ、洗濯物干しにハンガー数個なども既に設置されていて助かりました。思ったより広く清潔感があるのもプラスでした。（写真はﾁｪｯｸｱｳﾄ時に自身で撮影）
•事前に予測し持参していたので基本的には大きな支障はないのですが、子供と2人での滞在のためおそらく少しだけ1人より料金が増していると思うのですが、タオルが大小1組だけで残念でした。ただ付近の100円SHOPでも安価で入手可能なので持参せずとも問題ありません。（でも椅子は2つで助かりました:)）
•予約時にもちろんわかっていましたが、数日滞在するのにﾊﾞｽﾀﾌﾞがないのはやはりちょっと悲しかったです。
•ゴミの仕分けについては貼り紙がありましたが、収集日の案内も一緒にあったら嬉しかったです。しかし収集場所が建物前なので電柱で確認できました。
•予約時に記載がありますが、2階までの階段は本当に急で自身で長期滞在のスーツケースを持って乗り降りするのが怖かったです。
•事前にスーツケースを宅配便で送りたかったのですが不可なのは残念でした。ただホテルなので仕方ないですね。

There were not enough cooking utensils for a large family, no knives, and only 3-4 plates, bowls, and cups, with one pan for cooking. It would be much better to have a complete set and the necessary items for cooking and prepping food, such as a knife or scissors. I did buy scissors and leave them at the place for future guests to use.

Really great location, a few minutes walk to the subway. Overall great value, the presence of grocery, restaurants and convenience stores made the stay really good.
A little dusty. Would also help if the towels smelled nicer. We ended up cleaning the place to lessen the dust.
