The staff were great, and very sincere. The location was great to me, a few minutes from metro, easy to travel. I stayed a few nights, the room was comfy mostly, though a little noise from outside the road, it's fine after midnight and I have great stay.

Staff was friendly and helpful. The place is super clean and organized. Staff wiped down our luggage when we arrived so you know they are serious about cleanliness. Room was spacious and had the amenities we needed. I prefer a firm bed so this was perfect and comfortable.
Other units are fairly close to each other so you may hear your neighbour but most of the neighbouring guests were considerate.

This a Japanese inn style hotel and very close to the Yamanote line Gotanda station which helped with easy transportation to all the places I needed to be. Lots of places to eat nearby and the staff were friendly too.
❶ My room had a continuous weird smell - I suspect the tatami mats were damp and wasn't getting enough opportunity to dry. As soon as I close the door, the smell would build up and wasn't pleasant at all. Ventilation was also an issue. ❷ The hotel didn't supply drinking water, I had to buy from the nearest 7-11.
