We (3 person) stayed for 8 days in Niys Apartment. The beds provided fit all of us and there is one more big sofa which can accommodate one more person. The location is very convenient, close to the train station, can get to anywhere easily and not far from all the main tourist spots. The room was not that big but everything you need is ready in the room. All the kitchen, laundry and bathroom stuff are perfect and not the cheap brand. The room was clean for a clean freak like me. The staffs were nice too, they waited for our arrival even it was after their working time, explained all the instructions and way to use the electronics in the room. My family and I are super satisfied with the stay, will definitely to stay here again our next Japan trip. Really recommend this apartment.
