It was decent for the price and clean. Right next to train station but if you’re planning to go Shibuya area it is about 30 min always two lines.
No cleaning or trash service. I’ve booked other homes in Japan before where the host would come stop by to do the trash and at least one cleaning in a week and drop off snacks. I don’t like to pay a lot and be expected to clean. Also, there is very little insulation so if you come during winter be prepared to be cold. Only the rooms have heaters but the common room doesn’t.

Situé dans un quartier tres agréable, toutes les commodités accessibles en moins de 10 minutes, deux chambres spacieuses et un espace déjeuner/ cuisine fonctionnel . Propriétaire réactive et claire dans les échanges
Eu de lumière naturelle sauf dans la plus grande chambre, mais il y a des éclairages puissants qui rendent le logement tres agréable

Super clean place. Very comfy beds. We loved the Japanese room. It's not the most central location but the local area was actually quite nice (and felt very local) and the station was just around the corner. Our host was very responsive and helpful which we appreciated.
