Newly renovated
They didn’t renovate the door and windows so it’s extremely extremely loud from outside as if u r living on the street and car passes by u while u r sleeping. It feels too unreal.

The neighborhood is fantastic! There’s a whiskey bar beside the building that has wonderful staff, tasty food, and great conversation. Train station is right down the street, lots of restaurants and places to explore. The beds were really comfortable! The guidebook was easy to follow and everything went smoothly.

The location was great and made it easy to explore Tokyo and get around. The property was very clean and comfortable. All of the facilities worked well, and everything was organized and convenient. I had a smooth and enjoyable experience during my 14 nights here.
