Sunny inn hotel 2 min walk to Iriya Station Direct to Ueno and Asakusa

Location was excellent if you like a more low key quiet neighborhood and we do. It was close to the metro station. the JR line is a stop a way by taking the H line south to Ueno station which is easy to navigate. 7-11 nearby, smaller Family Marts nearby. Good grab and go food spots and the best Breakfast bakery about a block away and a petisery across the main road. 2 grocery stores and 2 pharmacies also nearby. Plenty of beds for our large group. plenty of places to sit and you can roll the tv to where ever you want. we did not use it but it works. internet was fast enough. No elevator but we knew that when we booked so that wasn't a huge issue. Host was easy to contact if you needed toiletries or whatever. Beautiful view of the skytree from the main road near the southmost train station entrance. Plenty of vending machines including the photo I added of the one with adult beverages. Only found one photo of the room that we took. image is of my and my wifes room and kids where in the other room the privacy was very nice to have.

Nothing we did not like, but could recommend for future for the host to consider. Enough toilet paper for the legth of stay and the amount of people to last at least a week and maybe replenish if staying another week. Same with shampoo, conditioner, body wash and paper towels. Host will give you supplies but they need to be requested and we had to on a few occasions due to the length of stay. Keep in mind the host is easy enough to get a hold of its just a hasle when you're constantly on the go and can not wait around. I small vacuum cleaner would be lovely to use. towels replaced once a week would be nice as well. a few hooks on the wall to hang jackets/hats bags etc would be nice and a curtain over the front door window (it's not clear but transparent) to block the hallway light would be wonderful. We had to improvise and cover the windows with a sheet.

We had a wonderful stay! The place was excellent—clean, comfortable, and in a great location. It’s very close to Ueno, with convenient connections to many different parts of Tokyo, and also within easy reach of Asakusa. The location made it very easy to explore the city. We would definitely stay here again!

역까지의 거리가 가까워 이동이 편리했습니다. 숙소 내부는 깔끔하고 정리정돈이 잘 되어 있었어요. 호스트도 매우 친절하셨습니다. 일본 숙소는 공간이 좁은 곳이 많아서 가족끼리 이용하기에는 불편한 곳이 많았는데 이 숙소는 공간이 넓은 편이라 좋았습니다. 매우 추천합니다!

제가 이용한 숙소는 4층이었는데 엘리베이터가 없다는 점이 아쉬웠습니다. 계단이 좁고 가파른 편이라 큰 짐을 들고 이동하기에는 조금 힘들었습니다. 이 점을 빼면 매우 만족합니다!
