整體體驗非常滿意。房子非常乾淨整潔，設備齊全，完全滿足了我們的需求。尤其想特別稱讚的是客服的服務，無論是入住時的指引還是旅途中有任何問題，客服都非常耐心且積極地幫助我們解決，讓人感到非常安心。這次住宿為我的旅行增添了很多美好的回憶，非常推薦給其他旅客！

Las toallas de baño, nos resultaron de tamaño pequeño y solo había una (la de baño) para cada huésped. Esperabamos dos por cada huésped como suele ser el estándar en todos los alojamientos (una de baño grande y otra de lavado más pequeña)

We had very good communication before and during our stay. It's not the closest location to the tourist sites, but the house is in a nice, quiet residential neighbourhood, which was lovely to experience, with a Family Mart a few minutes away. There is a useful bus route that starts just down the road, and Ueno Station is a 15min walk. There are decent curtains on the bedroom windows, but there are also shutters (which took us a couple of nights to spot) - they really helped with our jetlagged sleep. The house is well equipped, and the washing machine was very helpful when travelling light.
