About this cottage rental
Mill View Cottage is the last of our wonderful sheds to be lovingly restored and in our opinion the jewel of Pheasant Lane, standing tall overlooking the forest beneath with its wonderful views. This two story property is unique with old stone entrance to the ground floor which hosts the kitchen and dining room. Under the quirky decor lighting , the handmade staircase brings you to a wonderful airy and bright sitting room with a raised bedroom to the rear , so snuggly you won't want to leave.
While enjoying your time at Pheasant Lane youll have access to 2 hot tubs one under the starts the other under the trees, Loads of quirky areas to hangout around the gardens, 300 metres from the main road and surrounded by 55 acres of forestry sadly not suitable for walking in but it makes it feel your miles from anywhere, but only 2km from our nearest village and 1 hour from Dublin Airport.
We also offer some holistic therapies onsite such as massages, reflexology or even a hot seaweed soak from seaweed we harvest ourselves...
We are close to a lot of historic sites for instance the Hill of Tara, Loughcrew carins and my favourite Fore Abbey. We are deep in irelands hidden heartlands,with some of the most amazing castles nearby.
