From the entryway, which features a coat rack and closets, you can access the living room (with access to the balcony), which includes a kitchenette, the bedroom, and the bathroom with tub and toilet.
The living area features a comfortable seating area (2-seater sofa, 2 armchairs), a dining area, a double fold-out bed (can be unfolded individually), a flat-screen TV (HD-ready with digital reception offering approx. 60–100 radio and TV channels), a DVD player, a radio/CD player, free unlimited calls to German landlines, and Wi-Fi.
The kitchenette features a dishwasher, a microwave, a stove with oven and 4-burner cooktop, and a refrigerator. A coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster are included as standard equipment.
The bedroom, which has new PVC flooring, has two single beds placed apart from each other (each 0.80 x 2.00 m; they cannot be pushed together).
