Comfortable 2-room non-smoking vacation apartment (approx. 54 sqm) on the 2nd floor facing the ocean with[nbsp][nbsp]a sea view and a west-facing loggia (facing the sea, with balcony furniture and cushions) for 2–4 people. The apartment is located right next to the “Sylter Welle” seawater swimming pool, the Syltness Center, and the main beach.
From the spacious entryway (with a coat rack and plenty of closet space), you can access the living room (with access to the loggia), the new kitchen, the double bedroom, and the bathroom with a tub and separate toilet.
The living area features a comfortable seating set (1 two-seater sofa and 2 armchairs), two good-quality single fold-out beds (0.90 x 1.90 m), and a dining area.
Electronics include a flat-screen satellite TV, a telephone, and a radio/CD player.
The spacious bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed (with twin mattresses, 0.90 x 2.00 m).
The open, new kitchen features a stove with an oven and[nbsp][nbsp]a 4-burner glass-ceramic cooktop, a dishwasher, a microwave, and a refrigerator without a freezer compartment.
A coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster are included as standard equipment.
The bathroom features a sink, a bathtub with shower, and a toilet.
