"Herzmuschel" Apartment – High-Quality and Comfortable
Experience exclusive living comfort in this stylish, non-smoking 2-room vacation apartment (approx. 51 square meters) on the 2nd floor facing the lake—ideal for up to 4 people. The apartment features a west-facing loggia that invites you to relax in the afternoon sun with balcony furniture and cushions. Upon entering the vacation apartment, you’ll pass through a spacious entryway with a coat closet into the bright living room, which offers direct access to the balcony. From here, you can access the comfortable bedroom as well as the modern shower room/toilet with a hair dryer.
The living area is furnished with a particularly high-quality leather seating set from the Bielefeld Workshops—consisting of a 2-seater double sofa bed (sleeping surface 1.40 x 2.00 m) with optimal sleeping height and two armchairs—and also features a separate dining area, a flat-screen cable TV, and a hi-fi system. A new, open kitchen rounds out the layout. It is equipped with a dishwasher, a ceramic cooktop with an oven, and a refrigerator with a 3-star freezer compartment. A coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster are, of course, included as standard amenities.
The bedroom features a comfortable box-spring bed (1.80 x 2.00 m), equipped with two single mattresses and mattress toppers for optimal sleeping comfort.

A duplex garage can be rented for €8.00/day, or an outdoor parking space for €14.00/day (limited availability!).
Pets are welcome!
If you bring a pet, the daily rate increases by 5.00 € per pet, plus a one-time final cleaning fee of 20.00 € per pet in addition to the standard final cleaning fee.
The building has a free Wi-Fi network that is accessible to all apartments.
