From the entryway with a practical coat rack, you enter the inviting living room with an open-concept kitchen and direct access to the balcony, the stylish bedroom, and the spacious bathroom with shower, tub, and toilet.
The living area features a high-quality double sofa bed, a separate dining area, an inviting kitchenette, and a flat-screen TV.
The modern, fully equipped kitchen features a dishwasher, a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, a microwave-oven combination, and a refrigerator with a 3-star freezer compartment. Basic amenities also include a coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster.
The bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double box-spring bed (sleeping area 1.80 x 2.00 m, separate mattresses). Upon request, the bed can be converted into two single beds. The new, spacious bathroom features a shower with an extra-low entry, a small bathtub, a sink, a towel warmer, and a toilet.
️ Parking space available as an optional add-on: A parking space in the underground garage or an outdoor parking space can be added for 14.00 €/day (limited availability).
