Exclusive City Vacation Apartment with Ocean View!
Beautifully furnished 1.5-room non-smoking vacation apartment (approx. 48 sqm) on the 6th floor facing the lake, with a magnificent ocean view and a west-facing loggia (afternoon sun, with balcony furniture and cushions) for up to 4 people.
From the entryway with a coat closet, you enter the living room (with access to the balcony) and the nearly new shower room/restroom.
The living area features a seating set (from Bielefelder Werkstätten, including an armchair and footstool), a dining area, a double fold-out bed (which can be unfolded individually), a flat-screen TV (HD-ready with digital reception offering approx. 60–100 radio and TV channels), and an open kitchenette.
The open-concept kitchenette features a dishwasher, a microwave, a stove with an oven and a glass-ceramic cooktop, and a refrigerator with a 3-star freezer compartment. A Nespresso machine, a filter coffee maker, an electric kettle, and a toaster are included as standard equipment.
The living room leads to the small bedroom with a double bed (1.60 x 2.00 m) featuring separate mattresses for a comfortable night’s sleep.
The new bathroom features a shower, a toilet, a sink, a towel dryer, and an illuminated makeup mirror.
️ Parking space available as an optional add-on: A parking space in the underground garage or an outdoor parking space can be booked as an optional add-on for 14.00 €/day (limited availability).
