Renovated, well-equipped 2-room vacation apartment (approx. 48 m²) on the mezzanine level facing south with a south-facing balcony.
From the entryway with a coat rack, you enter the hallway, which is equipped with built-in closets.
From the hallway, you can access the living room (with access to the balcony), which features a kitchenette, a small bedroom, and the shower room/toilet.
The living area consists of a sitting area, a dining area, a double fold-out bed (beds fold out individually), and a flat-screen satellite TV.
The kitchenette features a dishwasher, a 4-burner stovetop, and a refrigerator with a 4-star freezer compartment. A coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster are included as standard equipment.
The bedroom is furnished with a box-spring bed (sleeping area: 1.40 m x 2.00 m, full-length mattress, single-side access).
The bathroom, featuring a suspended LED light ceiling, includes a shower, sink, and toilet.
Balcony furniture (on the balcony or in the small storage room accessible from the balcony) and cushions for up to 3 people are provided.
