Beautifully furnished 1.5-room non-smoking vacation apartment (approx. 48 sqm) on the 4th floor facing the lake, with a beautiful lake view and a west-facing loggia (afternoon sun, furnished with balcony furniture and cushions) for up to 4 people.
From the entryway with a coat closet, you enter the living room (with access to the balcony) and the like-new shower room/toilet.
The living area features a high-quality seating set from Bielefelder Werkstätten with a sleeper sofa (sleeping surface 1.60 m wide at an optimal sleeping height) and two armchairs, a dining area, an HD-ready flat-screen TV with digital reception offering approx. 60–100 radio and TV channels, a hi-fi system with a CD player, a phone with a flat rate for calls to German landlines (cell phone numbers blocked), free Wi-Fi internet access (subject to availability), and an open, new kitchenette.
The fully equipped, open-concept kitchenette features a dishwasher, a microwave, an oven, a ceramic cooktop, and a refrigerator with a 3-star freezer compartment. A coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster are included as standard equipment.
From the living room, you enter the small bedroom with a double bed featuring single mattresses (0.80 x 2.00 m) for a comfortable night’s sleep.
The nearly new bathroom features a walk-in shower, a toilet, a sink, a towel warmer, and a hair dryer.
An outdoor parking space can be rented for €14.00 per day (limited availability!). Unfortunately, pets are not allowed here.
