High-quality, modernly furnished 2-room non-smoking vacation apartment (approx. 59 sqm) on the 2nd floor facing the lake with a west-facing loggia (afternoon sun, with balcony furniture and cushions) for up to 4 people.
From the entryway, which features a coat rack and closet, you can access the living room (with access to the balcony), the bedroom (with access to the balcony), the kitchen, and the modern shower room/toilet.
The living area features a cozy seating area (double sofa bed and armchair), a dining area, a flat-screen cable TV, and a radio/CD player.
The kitchenette features a stove with an oven and a ceramic cooktop, a dishwasher, a microwave, and a refrigerator with a 3-star freezer compartment. A Nespresso capsule coffee machine, a filter coffee maker, an electric kettle, and a toaster are included as standard equipment.
The bedroom has a double bed with two single mattresses and another large flat-screen cable TV. A set consisting of two side tables and an upholstered chair is also provided in the bedroom.
The modern bathroom features a walk-in shower, a toilet, a sink, a towel warmer, and a makeup mirror.
A duplex garage can be booked for €8.00/day, or an outdoor parking space for €14.00/day (limited availability!).
