This beautiful 3-room vacation apartment in Boltenhagen, featuring an open-concept living and dining area, is ideal for a family vacation for 4 people on the Baltic Sea.

The bright, tastefully decorated 3-roomvacation apartment on the 2nd floor offers 75 square meters of living space with very modern amenities for 4 guests.
The comfortable corner sofa in the beautiful living area invites you to enjoy cozy get-togethers or relax while watching the flat-screen TV.
The well-equipped open kitchen also includes a separate dining area for all guests.
On the large furnished balcony, you can wind down the evening with a glass of wine. You can access the southeast-facing balcony (facing the rear building) from both the living room and the bedroom.
The bedroom is furnished with a double bed and a spacious closet; the guest/children’s room has two single beds. Both rooms also feature a flat-screen TV, and a travel crib can be accommodated here if needed.
The large, modern bathroom with natural light features a barrier-free shower, toilet, sink, and a washing machine.

You can rent bicycles in the Baltic Sea resort of Boltenhagen, for example, from our partner “way2bike” at Ostseeallee 15a. Rates depend on the rental duration and the type of bike. This rental shop also offers many other bike-related items, as well as handcarts and much more. Feel free to use their pick-up and drop-off service to and from your vacation rental. Our guests receive a 10% discount here!

The price is valid for up to four guests, including utilities and linens (ages 4 and up).
Towels are not included. Towel sets can be booked separately.

Room service—includes freshly made beds with linens for all booked guests ages 4 and up, final cleaning after departure, and a vacation rental starter kit containing dishwasher tablets, dish soap, toilet paper, garbage bags, etc.
Visitor’s tax—the visitor’s tax is calculated in the booking confirmation: According to municipal regulations, all persons aged 16 and older are required to pay this tax. You will receive a discount upon presentation of a disability ID card.
Optional services available for booking:
- Towels: 22.77 EUR per stay
- High chair: 5.69 EUR per night
- Travel crib (including mattress): 9.49 EUR per night
