This spacious 3-room vacation apartment in Boltenhagen, featuring Wi-Fi and a balcony, is ideal for your family vacation on the Baltic Sea.

The bright and modern 3-roomvacation apartment on the 2nd floor features a spacious 85 square meters of living space and offers comfortable amenities for up to 4 guests.
The comfortable corner sofa with matching ottomans is perfect for cozy get-togethers or relaxing while watching TV. On the large, furnished southeast-facing balcony (overlooking the rear building), you can wind down the evening with a glass of wine. You can access the balcony from both the living room and the bedroom.
The well-equipped kitchen-living room naturally includes a beautiful, separate dining area for all guests.
One bedroom is furnished with a double bed, TV, and a spacious closet; the second bedroom is also equipped with a double bed and a closet.
The large, modern bathroom with natural light is the perfect place to start your day: a wheelchair-accessible shower, toilet, sink, and a washing machine ensure a comfortable experience.
Special Features
There is an utility room on each floor in the hallway. Here, guests of the respective non-smoking apartments will find various cleaning supplies, which should be returned to their original places after use. A high chair is available for our youngest guests to use free of charge in the apartment.

Bicycles

You can rent bicycles in the Baltic Sea resort of Boltenhagen, for example, from our partner “way2bike” at Ostseeallee 15a. Rates depend on the rental duration and the type of bike. This rental shop also offers many other bike-related items, as well as handcarts and much more. Feel free to use their pick-up and drop-off service to and from your vacation rental. Our guests receive a 10% discount here!

The price is valid for up to four guests, including utilities and linens (ages 4 and up).
Towels are not included. Towel sets can be booked separately.
Dear guests, please note that during the high season from July 1 through August 31, consecutive bookings are mandatory. You can view the current availability calendar at any time.

Online bookings are not permitted! If needed, please send us an inquiry via email.
Room service—includes freshly made beds with linens for all booked guests, final cleaning after departure, and a vacation rental starter kit containing dishwasher tablets, dish soap, toilet paper, trash bags, etc.
Visitor’s tax—the visitor’s tax is calculated in the booking confirmation: According to municipal regulations, all persons aged 16 and older are subject to this tax. You will receive a discount upon presentation of a disability ID card.
Optional services available for booking:
- Towels: 22.77 EUR per stay
- High chair: 5.69 EUR per night
- Travel crib (including mattress): 9.49 EUR per night
