The open-concept kitchen-living area, featuring all modern conveniences such as an oven, stove, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, and typical small appliances such as a kettle, coffee maker, and egg cooker, invites you to cook and enjoy your meals. You can then comfortably enjoy your home-cooked meals in the separate dining area.

The apartment has 2 separate bedrooms, each furnished with a closet. The master bedroom features a comfortable double bed, while the children’s/guest room is furnished with two single beds (90x200 cm).

Enjoy the convenience of two full bathrooms in this apartment—both the larger and the smaller bathroom are equipped with a shower and toilet, making your daily vacation routine easier.

The apartment includes a southwest-facing terrace with matching patio furniture and a small yard, facing Rosenweg.

Special Features

This non-smoking apartment is furnished with attention to detail and is suitable for families with children as well as—due to its location —for seniors. The separate apartment entrance is located on the side of the building. A washing machine and dryer are located in the separate utility room directly adjacent to the building, which is accessible to both tenants.

You can rent bicycles in the Baltic Sea resort of Boltenhagen, for example, from our partner “way2bike” at Ostseeallee 15a. Rates depend on the rental duration and the type of bike. This rental shop also offers many other bike-related items, as well as handcarts and much more. Feel free to use their pickup and drop-off service to and from your vacation rental. Our guests receive a 10% discount here!
Booking Information

The price is valid for two guests and includes utilities. Each additional guest aged 4 and older is subject to a fee per night, including linens.

Towels are not included. Towel sets can be booked separately.

Dear guests, please note that during the peak season from July 1 to August 31, continuous bookings are mandatory. You can view the current availability calendar at any time.

Room service—includes freshly made beds with linens for all booked guests ages 4 and up, final cleaning after departure, and a vacation rental starter kit containing dishwasher tablets, dish soap, toilet paper, trash bags, etc.

Visitor’s tax—the visitor’s tax will be calculated in the booking confirmation: The tourist tax is payable for all persons aged 16 and older in accordance with municipal regulations. You will receive a discount upon presentation of a severely disabled person’s ID card.
