This very child-friendly 3-room vacation rental ensures an unforgettable family vacation on the Baltic Sea.

This family-friendly 3-roomvacation rental on the first floor offers comfortable accommodations for 4 adults and 1 toddler across 80 square meters of living space.
It features a cozy living area with a flat-screen TV, an adjoining modern kitchen-diner, and an integrated dining area for 4 people. A travel crib can also be set up here if needed.
The modern kitchenette is equipped with a refrigerator with freezer compartment, a stove/glass-ceramic cooktop, and an oven, as well as a dishwasher, microwave, small appliances, and plenty of dishes [&] etc.
From the living area, you can step out onto the furnished northwest-facing terrace with a fenced-in property. Here you can also enjoy cozy barbecue evenings; you’re welcome to bring your own grill or purchase one on-site from various vendors.
The bedroom features a double bed (180x200 cm), a large closet, and space for a travel crib. The guest/children’s room has two single beds (90x200 cm each) and a wardrobe as well.
You’ll also find a large, bright bathroom with a wheelchair-accessible shower, a corner bathtub, and a toilet. The window provides natural light and helps with ventilation, for example, after showering or bathing.
The utility room contains a washing machine, which you can use for a fee.

This non-smokingvacation rental with a separate entrance is ideally suited for families with children, seniors, and people with allergies thanks to its excellent amenities and location. Smoking is permitted on the terrace.
The high chair provided is available for use free of charge. The living room and bedroom are also equipped with exterior blinds, making it easy to block out the light. The property is partially fenced (partly by a hedge, partly by a fence, but not completely).

You can rent bicycles in the Baltic Sea resort of Boltenhagen, for example, from our partner “way2bike” at Ostseeallee 15a. Rates depend on the rental duration and the type of bicycle. This rental shop also offers many other bicycle-related items, as well as handcarts and much more. Feel free to use their pickup and drop-off service to and from your vacation rental. Our guests receive a 10% discount here!
Information about the bicycles [&] handcarts
Dear guests, please understand that we cannot accept any liability or cover the costs of any necessary repairs or the rental of replacement equipment for the handcarts and city bikes we provide if the equipment is defective, does not meet your expectations, or is currently unavailable. The handcart and city bikes are offered as a bonus, and if something breaks, we need at least one week to repair the damage or even to obtain a replacement.
Booking Information
The price is valid for two guests and includes utilities. Each additional guest aged 4 and older is subject to a fee per night, including linens.
Towels are not included. Towel sets can be booked separately.
