About this house rental
The Seemannsgarn 2 vacation home features a kitchen, bathroom, living room, and two bedrooms, one of which is on the first floor and ideal for older guests since there are no stairs to climb. It also features a covered patio where smoking is permitted.
Our combined living/dining area features a couch, dining set, and table, as well as a 124-cm flat-screen TV with Smart TV (internet) and a wide variety of programs and channels in German and other languages, free and unlimited (locally standard, slow) Wi-Fi, an USB wall charging outlet, a compact hi-fi system with internet and DAB+ radio, and a large collection of games for the whole family—you can easily pass the time even on rainy days. A weather station with a satellite-based four-day forecast is ideal for planning outings. Large windows offer a view of the garden.
Cooking is a pleasure in the kitchen: a dishwasher, a refrigerator with a small 4**** freezer compartment, a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, as well as a toaster, electric kettle, and coffee maker are provided. We have an oven that goes up to 230 degrees, but no microwave.
In the small bathroom, we focused on storage space. A hair dryer is provided, and you’ll also find a rain shower with a handheld showerhead and a low sink that’s child- and senior-friendly.
The hallway provides space for shoes and jackets. Of course, there’s also a full-length mirror, as well as cleaning supplies.
The bedroom on the first floor is simply cozy. It features a double bed with 90x200 cm mattresses (top-rated), a nightstand, a reading lamp, and a closet with a built-in safe for your free use. Please bring your own sheets, pillowcases, and mattress covers, as well as towels, or rent them at your own expense upon arrival from the Tourism Service’s laundry service, Tel. 04854 219010.
DaThe bedroom on the upper floor, with its large triangular window facing southwest, features a double bed with a nightstand and reading lamp, as well as a flat-screen satellite TV. A separate dressing area with chairs is located just outside the bedroom. The upper floor also features a reading area with seating, a reading lamp, and books for all ages.
Our guests appreciate the amenities of a modern vacation home with a maritime flair. The corner house with the red roof is surrounded by a small, landscaped lot and a parking space in front of the house. The beach chair and our logo—the sailor—are clearly visible. We offer you 8 Sky TV channels in Full HD at no extra charge, which will brighten your stay—not just when the weather is bad. Outdoor area:
Enjoy the spacious covered terrace with ample seating and dining areas. Largely sheltered from wind and rain, the terrace is practical even in bad weather.
We are a smoke-free home, but smokers can also find a spot under the covered patio.
A beach chair is available. Bicycles can be stored under the covered patio. A small private garden area in front of the house rounds out the outdoor amenities.
In the shared laundry room, an 8-kg washing machine and a 10-kg dryer are available free of charge for shared use.

Long-term guests are welcome year-round; the house has its own phone number, allowing for free, unlimited calls to German landlines and even cell phones. In addition, our guests can have calls forwarded to them as often as they like or have their number forwarded directly to the house. A mailbox and doorbell are also available so you can have your mail forwarded from home.
We are a child-friendly house. A public playground is located 200 meters away.
We are also senior-friendly. We offer step-free and barrier-free access to the house, with ground-level sleeping and living quarters for 2 people on the first floor. The kitchen, bathroom, and living room are also on the first floor. No stairs need to be climbed for two people. Two additional people plus one toddler can sleep upstairs.
