About this house rental
Since June 25, your daily electricity has been generated on-site by a rooftop solar array. As a result, your electricity costs for household consumption are only 25 ct/kWh. A wallbox for electric cars has been available since Easter ’26. Usage will be billed precisely at 50 ct/kWh. In addition, the house is heated CO2-neutrally with a pellet stove. Guests are responsible for refilling the pellets as needed. We have NO peak or off-season rates. Heating is necessary even during the off-season. There is a sufficient supply of pellets in bags available in the house, and they are included in the rental price.
Tourist tax and electricity consumption are also included in the final price. As previously mentioned, charging costs for the electric car are billed separately!!! When you register, you’ll be asked whether you’ll be arriving in an electric car. More information on this will be provided in the welcome email.

Tourist tax rates in Friedrichskoog
The tourist tax is charged based on the length of stay (daily tourist tax) and amounts to the following per day:
For adults:
*From March 1 through April 30 and from October 1 through October 30 = €1.70
*From May 1 through September 30 = €2.50
For each child traveling alone
*From March 1 through April 30 and from October 1 through 30 = €0.50
*From May 1 through September 30 = €1.00

• Vacation home for up to 4 people and 1 toddler up to 2 years old
• 1 bedroom with a double bed on the upper floor (180x200 cm)
• 1 bedroom with a single bed on the first floor (90x200 cm)
• 1 bedroom with a single bed on the upper floor (90x200 cm)
• Shower and toilet on the first floor
• Additional toilet upstairs
• Pellet stove and electric heating + electric floor heating in the bathroom, first floor
• Built-in kitchenette with dishwasher
• Wi-Fi internet
