About this house rental
House 3 features a kitchen, bathroom, living room, and two bedrooms, one of which is on the first floor and ideal for older adults since there are no stairs to climb. It also includes a covered patio where smoking is permitted.
In our combined living/dining area with a couch, dining set, and a table, as well as a 124-cm flat-screen TV with Smart TV (internet) and a wide variety of programs and channels in German and other languages, free and unlimited (locally standard, slow) Wi-Fi, an USB wall charging outlet, a compact hi-fi system with internet and DAB+ radio, and a large collection of games for the whole family—you can easily pass the time even on rainy days. A weather station with a satellite-based four-day forecast is ideal for planning outings. A coat rack, mirror, and shoe rack are located in the entryway. Large windows offer a view of the dike.
Cooking is a pleasure in the kitchen: A dishwasher, a refrigerator with a small 4**** freezer compartment, a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, as well as a toaster, electric kettle, and coffee maker are provided. We have an oven that reaches up to 230 degrees, but no microwave.
In the bathroom, which has natural light, we focused on providing ample storage space. A hair dryer is provided, and you’ll also find a rain shower with a handheld showerhead and a low-set sink suitable for children and seniors.
The bedroom on the first floor has a double bed with two 90x200 cm mattresses, a nightstand with a reading lamp, a closet with a built-in safe for valuables (free to use), and a mirror. Please bring your own sheets, pillowcases, and mattress covers, or borrow them upon arrival from the laundry service at the Tourism Service, Tel. 04854 219010.
The bedroom on the upper floor, with its large skylight facing the dike and the sea, features a double bed with a nightstand and reading lamp, satellite TV, a television, and seating with a table. A separate dressing area with a wardrobe is located outside the bedroom. There is also a reading area with books, seating, and a reading lamp on the upper floor.
Guests appreciate the amenities of a modern vacation home with a maritime flair. The corner house with the red roof is surrounded by a small, landscaped lot and a parking space in front of the house. The beach chair and our logo—the sailor—are clearly visible. We offer you 8 Sky TV channels in Full HD at no extra charge, which will brighten your stay—not just when the weather is bad. Outdoor area:
Enjoy the spacious covered terrace with ample seating and dining areas. Largely sheltered from wind and rain, the terrace is practical even in bad weather.
We are a non-smoking home, but smokers can find a spot under the covered patio.
A beach chair is also available. Bicycles can be stored under the covered patio. A small garden area in front of the house rounds out the outdoor amenities.
In the shared laundry room, an 8 kg washing machine and a 10 kg dryer are available for shared use at no charge.

Long-term guests are welcome year-round; the house has its own phone number, allowing for free, unlimited calls to German landlines and even cell phones. In addition, our guests can have calls forwarded to them as often as they like or have their number forwarded directly to the house. A mailbox and doorbell are also provided so you can have your mail forwarded from home.
We are a child-friendly home. A public playground is located 200 meters away.
We are also senior-friendly. We offer step-free and barrier-free access to the house, with ground-level sleeping and living quarters for 2 people on the first floor. The kitchen, bathroom, and living room are also on the first floor. No stairs need to be climbed for two people. Two additional people plus one toddler can sleep upstairs.

There, unload your car in front of the corner house on the right (Seemannsgarn 2) and walk right down the small path to the laundry room and vacation home 3. After unloading, please park in the small, free public parking lot (no parking sign) next to Möwenweg 8, about 20 meters away.
