The Seemannsgarn 1 vacation home features a kitchen, bathroom, living room, and two bedrooms, one of which is on the first floor and ideal for older guests, as there are no stairs to climb. It also features a covered patio where smoking is permitted.
In our combined living/dining area with a couch, dining set, and table, as well as a 124-cm flat-screen TV with Smart TV (internet) and a wide variety of programs and channels in German and other languages, free and unlimited high-speed fiber-optic Wi-Fi (500 Mbit/s), an USB wall charging outlet, a compact hi-fi system, an internet and DAB+ radio, a collection of games for the whole family, and books in a small library—all help make even bad-weather days a breeze. A weather station with a satellite-based four-day forecast is ideal for planning outings. A coat rack and shoe rack are located in the entryway. Large windows offer a view of the garden.
Cooking is a pleasure in the kitchen: a dishwasher, a refrigerator with a small 4**** freezer compartment, a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, as well as a toaster, electric kettle, and coffee maker are provided. We have an oven that goes up to 230 degrees, but no microwave.
In the bathroom, which has natural light, we made sure to include plenty of storage space. A hair dryer is provided, and you’ll also find a rain shower with a handheld showerhead and a low sink that’s child- and senior-friendly.
The bedroom on the first floor has a window facing the dike/sea. It features two single beds with 90x200 cm mattresses (top-rated), a nightstand with a reading lamp, and a closet with a built-in safe for valuables, available for free use. Please bring your own sheets, pillowcases, and mattress covers, as well as towels, or borrow them upon arrival from the laundry service at the Tourist Information Office, Tel. 04854 219010.

The corner house with the red roof is surrounded by a small, landscaped lot and a parking space in front of the house. The beach chair and our logo—the sailor—are clearly visible. We offer you 8 Sky TV channels in Full HD at no extra charge, which will brighten your stay—not just when the weather is bad. Outdoor area:
Enjoy the spacious covered terrace with ample seating and dining areas. Largely sheltered from wind and rain, the terrace is practical even in bad weather.
We are a smoke-free home, but smokers can find a spot under the covered patio.
A beach chair is also available. Bicycles can be stored under the covered patio. A small private garden area in front of the house rounds out the outdoor amenities.
In the shared laundry room, an 8-kg washing machine and a 10-kg dryer are available for shared use free of charge.

Long-term guests are welcome year-round; the house has its own phone number, and you can make unlimited free calls to German landlines. In addition, our guests can have calls forwarded to them as often as they like or have their number forwarded directly to the building. A mailbox and doorbell are also provided so that you can have your mail forwarded from home.
We are a child-friendly building. A public playground is located 200 meters away.
We are also senior-friendly. We offer step-free and barrier-free access to the house, with ground-level sleeping and living quarters for 2 people on the first floor. The kitchen, bathroom, and living room are also on the first floor. No stairs need to be climbed for 2 people. An additional 2 people plus 1 toddler can sleep upstairs.
