Welcome to Friedrichskoog-Spitze—the place where you can unwind and relax.
Our beautiful vacation home, renovated in 2024, is located in a quiet area of Friedrichskoog-Spitze, about 300 meters from the nearest beach access.
The vacation home is very cozy, yet modern and easy to maintain. During our renovation, we placed special emphasis on creating a bright and welcoming atmosphere and took great care to ensure that guests feel at home here and can fully enjoy their vacation.
The 65-square-meter semi-detached house stands on a 276-square-meter lot, which features a fenced-in garden, a south-facing terrace, and a parking space right next to the house.
Overall, the vacation home is designed to accommodate up to 6 people plus one toddler under 3 years of age.
This half of the house is a non-smoking property. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed. Rentals to construction workers are not permitted.
If you do not wish to bring your own bed linens and towels, you are welcome to use the laundry service provided by the Friedrichskoog Tourism Service for a small fee.

The vacation home is very cozy, yet modern and easy to maintain. During our renovation in 2024, we placed special emphasis on creating a bright and welcoming atmosphere.
· 3-room vacation home with 65 square meters for up to 6 people
· 287 square meters of fenced property with a south-facing terrace
Ground Floor
· Beautiful, bright, and open living area with a modern kitchen-diner
· Kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, oven, induction cooktop, coffee maker, electric kettle, and refrigerator with freezer compartment
· Living area with a sleeper sofa, flat-screen TV with satellite channels, Bluetooth speaker, and DVD player
· New wood-burning stove for cozy evenings
· Bathroom with shower and toilet
· Small storage space under the stairs with a high chair, step stool, and additional space for beverage crates or similar items
· Separate outdoor storage room with washing machine
Upper Floor
· 1 bedroom with a bunk bed (two 80x200 beds) and a single bed (90x200)
· 1 bedroom with a double bed (180x200) and an additional travel crib if needed
