You’ll find light-filled, incredibly spacious rooms spanning over 180 square meters of living space, spread across two levels and easily accessible by elevator right into the apartment. Life revolves around the exceptionally spacious living-dining area, featuring a high-quality sofa set, a huge dining area, and an open-concept kitchen. In the bay window, there’s a cozy armchair for relaxing, reading, or simply enjoying the view of the bustling activity below. The fireplace ensures cozy evenings in winter, and the air conditioning keeps temperatures pleasant in summer. Three balconies surrounding the penthouse offer both sunny and shaded spots from morning to night. The master bedroom is also extremely spacious and equipped with a box-spring bed (180x200), air conditioning, and built-in closets that offer ample storage space for your vacation wardrobe. The master bathroom is accessible from the bedroom and features a shower, bathtub, sink, toilet, and additional built-in cabinets. A separate guest restroom is accessible from the living area. On the second floor, you’ll find the second bedroom, also featuring a box-spring bed (180x200), air conditioning, an ensuite shower room, and a TV; a living area with a sofa, a wardrobe, and a kitchenette with a refrigerator; and the third bedroom with two single beds. All bedrooms are equipped with blackout pleated blinds.
