We welcome you to our "Strandhus Nautilus" vacation rental, newly renovated in 2024, located at Strandallee 53 in Timmendorfer Strand. Are you looking for a getaway right by the beach? Then this spacious Timmendorfer Strand vacation rental is the perfect destination for you.
Location
With the Baltic Sea right on your doorstep, you’ll find a Baltic Sea retreat in a modern complex located directly on the beach. In just a few minutes’ walk, you can reach the town center with its wonderful opportunities for strolling and enjoying yourself. Pharmacies, doctors’ offices, and banks are also within walking distance.
Amenities
The Timmendorfer Strand vacation rental is furnished to accommodate up to 6 people. Here you can enjoy a fantastic ocean view from many of the rooms, as well as from the spacious terrace. The “Nautilus” vacation rental, located on the first floor of the “Strandhus” complex, offers ample space for a vacation with the whole family, with a living area of approximately 125 square meters and three bedrooms.
The living and dining area, featuring an open kitchen with a ceramic cooktop, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, and coffee maker, leaves nothing to be desired. From here, you can access the terrace, which is furnished with exclusive furniture.
There is one bedroom with a double bed (180 x 200 cm) featuring an ocean view and an en suite bathroom, as well as two additional bedrooms. One features another double bed, and the other has two single beds (90 x 200 cm). All bedrooms are equipped with TVs, so you have four TVs at your disposal. External blinds to darken the room round out the comfort.
Special Features
The apartment has free Wi-Fi—not included in the contract. A washing machine and dryer are available for your use in the apartment. Two outdoor parking spaces are available directly in front of the house. The Strandhus features a beautiful communal garden, located directly on the Baltic Sea, with access to the promenade and the beach. Seating, a beach chair, and a grill are available here for your use. You can park your bicycles on the property.
From May 15 to September 15, a free beach chair on the beach is also included with this apartment, rounding out a dreamy beach vacation on the Baltic Sea!
A high chair and a travel crib are included in the apartment.
This is a non-smoking apartment; dogs are allowed by prior arrangement.
The apartment is stocked with basic supplies: one roll of paper towels, two rolls of toilet paper, a small bottle of dish soap, a dish sponge, a sponge cloth (not a dish towel), and four dishwasher tablets.
Optional services available for booking:
