The exclusive vacation rental "Pier 4" consists of two separate units with a total of 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and 2 kitchens, as well as a fitness room and a sauna. The property is located near the beach between Timmendorfer Strand and Niendorf. The large, fenced-in garden borders Bäderrandstraße (B76), and directly behind it lies the nature reserve—a wonderful place for walking and biking.

On the first floor of this stylishly furnished apartment, you’ll find a modern designer kitchen equipped with all appliances, a spacious living area with a TV and Wi-Fi, and a cozy dining area in the sunroom. The front sun terrace is furnished with beautiful lounge furniture, and the adjoining garden is available for our guests’ exclusive use. A spacious bedroom and a modern shower room are also located on this level. The basement features another bedroom with a TV, a modern shower room, a sauna, a fitness room with exercise equipment and a TV, as well as a washer and dryer in a separate room.

The upper-floor area is a self-contained unit, meaning it is not directly connected to the living area on the first floor but is accessible via a shared stairwell from the Pier 3 vacation rental. There are two parking spaces on the property. The property borders Bäderrandstraße (B76).
